Our Story

Avyan was born from frustration—the kind you feel when you watch good companies struggle through bad implementations.

 

We've all been there. The six-month timeline that becomes eighteen. The consultant who speaks in acronyms and delivers in screenshots. The system that promised transformation but delivered spreadsheets with better fonts.

So we built Avyan to be different.

What makes us different isn't complicated:

 

We don't sell you features you'll never use. We configure the 80% of functionality that drives real value, not the 100% that pads our hours. We answer the phone at 4 PM on Friday when things break. We work with senior consultants who've done this dozens of times, not junior analysts learning on your dime. We commit to realistic timelines and then actually keep them.

Our founder Rajat spent years in regional leadership roles across India and Southeast Asia, watching companies invest fortunes into HR transformation projects that missed the mark. Rajat has built Avyan around a simple idea: implementation shouldn't feel like implementation, it should feel like progress.

We're not here to impress you with jargon. We're here to listen, understand your business, build what you actually need, and stick around to make sure it works. We adjust course when feedback warrants it, and after go-live, we fix what needs fixing - no scope creep arguments, no ticket queues.
